Who wants to follow the UEFA Champions League Trophy and meet the stars?

We are looking for a blogger team to cover the UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour for our new client UniCredit Group.

You should be / have:
- an experienced blogger with a helping hand,
- soccer enthusiasts,
- fluent English skills,
- outgoing, animating, communicative personalities
- skilled with a hand-held camera and video editing software
- in possession of a valid EU passport and drivers-license,
- in possession of a laptop and a digital video camera
- not necessarily male

You need to be completely available to travel and blog from 11.Sept – 19.Okt 2009!

UniCredit is one of six official UEFA Champions League sponsors. Accompanying their sponsorship and the aligned global media coverage, UniCredit will bring the UEFA Champions League Trophy to five European cities this Fall: Milan, Zagreb, Bucharest, Budapest, Sofia!

The Trophy Tour is a huge Roadshow-Exhibition-Event built around the history of the most prestigious European Club Championship, with the original Trophy itself in the center of attention.

Exhibition visitors will get the chance to get close to the most important trophy in club football.

We want YOU to follow the Tour!

We need a team of two enthusiastic persons to cover the 30-day Tour and to blog/twitter (twittpic, short videos) about it day by day.

We will equip you with a branded car and a professional smart phone with a satellite

Connection, so we can show your exact position on the official microsite (unicredit.eu/champions).

You should be equipped with your own laptop and video camera (we will insure) and be able to cut short web videos (no HD!) and to get connected at hotels and Internet Cafes to upload your blog content

The Trophy Tour will lead you from Milan to Zagreb, Bucharest, Budapest and Sofia.

From local side events to the main exhibition events. From public gatherings - which you can spontaneously launch - to official press conferences and VIP parties!

You will meet real Champions and talk to them. And you will of course interact with the local people in their countries. So your English should be very good. If you also speak Italian, Croatian, Hungarian, Bulgarian and/or Romanian that would be impressive and helpful, but not required).

You will be part of the Trophy Tour! We will also equip you with a digital screen and a 3D webcam tool that allows people to interact with a virtual replica of the Trophy. And with a football, of course!

In a way you will be received as an ambassador of the UEFA Champions League. The according behavior, attitude and blog tonality should go without saying.

Payment:
In addition to this great opportunity to travel through some exciting European countries and their major cities, and to be part of the unique Trophy Tour, you as a team will get paid an adequate flat charge (costs for travel and hotels extra) for your efforts.
